About DR. SPINDLER
Dr. Diane Spindler is a Nutritional Consultant and a Certified Traditional Naturopath. She has 20 years of experience in Microbiology and Biochemical research. Dr. Spindler's continued education in health-related fields combined with a passion for healing inspired her to open her practice, Mountain Holistic Health, Inc.
She offers a complete health evaluation in person, through zoom or phone. Health History, Blood Chemistry Analysis and any other laboratory testing the client may desire are discussed. A metabolic work-up is done on test results followed by an extensive consultation. People come to Dr. Spindler with specific health problems, weight problems, a general feeling of ill-health or simply desire a state of optimal health and knowledge on preventative health care.
Dr. Spindler understands that biochemical individuality is the key ingredient in discovering how to reach optimal health. The client's system is balanced, strengthened and cleansed through orthomolecular therapy (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, homeopathic remedies and enzymes), suggested dietary and lifestyle modifications and detoxification therapies, allowing for the possibility of optimal health.
